Download the companion app (available on Android and iOS), power on your smart light, and follow the in-app instructions. You’ll connect the light to your Wi-Fi network and customize settings like brightness or color modes.

Our smart lights work with popular home systems, like Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit. You can also use our mobile app for direct control if you’re not using a voice assistant.

Certain models are designed for outdoor use. Please check the product specifications or contact support for more information on which models are weatherproof.

Make sure you’re in range of your router and that you’ve entered the correct Wi-Fi password. Restart both your router and the light, then try setting up again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

If your light has a remote, hold down the power button for 4 seconds. The light will flash to confirm a successful reset. You can then pair it again using the companion app.

The latest models connect directly to your Wi-Fi without requiring an extra hub. However, earlier versions may require a dedicated hub. Please confirm which model you own.

Yes. You can create schedules in the companion app or use sunrise/sunset times to automate your lights more easily.

All our smart lights come with a one-year warranty. If you experience hardware failure within this period, we will provide a free replacement
